The United States of America is uniting, not in a movement, but with the legalization of Marijuana. Till now, more than 20 states have joined the league of legalized medical marijuana. The recreational marijuana is still debatable, where some are still fighting against the legaliziation of recreation marijuana and some believe that it should be limited to medical uses only.

The argument is, the advocacy to get Recreational Marijuana its “legal consented state” is overstated where as legalization of medical marijuana still can be useful for research and studies. It will allow the generation to understand it better.

Sanjay Gupta, a neurosurgeon by profession and a CNN’s chief Medical Correspondent in an article for CNN recently apologized for overlooking the scientific value of marijuana research. He said that, “It doesn’t have a high potential for abuse, and there are very legitimate medical applications. In fact, sometimes marijuana is the only thing that works,”. “We have been terribly and systematically misled for nearly 70 years in the United States, and I apologize for my own role in that.”

“No matter how much recreational marijuana sounds” good, still it has negative effects. It can mess up a big time with your brain functionality and your emotions.
